I use the smallest size of Insight Brand Clean Cups. They have them for sale at Petsmart and Petco. They consist of a clear dome top and a colored bottom. There is a rubber perch that looks like a branch that you screw into the cage. I like them because you can just slide the cup right out of the perch and clean and refill it. The dome top keeps any bird waste out of their food and water.
However, they are too deep for finches, as the seed at the bottom doesn't seem to get eaten by my finches. Since finches are seed huskers, I change the seed every day, so there is a lot of waste. We modified these cups and made them about half the depth. I wrote to the company and made a suggestion that they look into manufacturing these cups in an appropriate depth for finches.
