ID Help?

I've had this bird for quite a while by now but I don't have an ID on it. I'm pretty knowledgeable in identifying birds native to North America and since I'm living in South Florida would assume this is some type of exotic. The colors are a little lighter in the picture due to the flash. Thanks for any help.
