Here is Copperfield after his first shed. (I am sure he has shed before now but it's his first since I bought him). Finally was able to get a full body shot of him here to.

Little bugger lived up to his name again last night too...practically tore up his cage trying to find him and couldn't. However, after spending half hour or more searching the room and his cage several times (took out all the furniturings, the paper towel I had under the aspen shavens, sifted through the aspen shavings several times..) could find no scale of him. Then having decided to wait till night fall to search for him again, found the bugger in his cage...poking his cute little head out of the shavings wondering why I was looking so annoyed. I swear there must be a small dimensional pocket in the aquarium he hides in....
