Most fruits are fine just leave out the seeds or pits as on some fruits these are toxic. That way it's better safe than sorry. We give ours apples, pears, banana, peaches, strawberries, mango, papaya, and most any others that come available. We have given them all oranges but the only ones of our birds that seem to like them are the macaws. Of course no avocado, no rhubarb, no chocolate, and no caffeine. There are other nos but these are the first ones I can think of LOL!!

persimmons, when they`re in season, are very high in vitamin A, so they can be an excellent and healthy treat.

Just go light on the fruits are most aren`t as nutrient rich as veggies, and they can be a little too heavy on the sugars for most species of birds.
