What Brand of pellets do you guys recommend

4cockatiels Oct 10, 2005 01:18 PM

Hi Guys;
I am planning to switch my Cockatiels from a seed only diet to pellets, i am going to be doing this gradually. I only have a petsmart store here and they seem to have a variety of pellet brands, which one do you guys recommend?

Thanks in advance;
rav

Pellets aren't always readily available in Australia & it's usually only the breeders that feed pellets, so I don't know much about that.
You should also keep giving them seed & plenty of fresh vege & some fruit for a good healthy dirt.

Thanks a lot for the reply, i went and bought Zupreme premium pellets for them, i will start to slowly add them to their seeds. I hope they take it well.

is that Harrison and RoudyBush are both good choices. Zupreem is good for getting them switched, then you might want to go up a step in quality.
