hi everyone! i've recently moved to a new apartment with enough basement space to finally devote a good portion to a real free-flight aviary for my two tiels and two parakeets, but i'm not really sure how to go about doing it.

if anyone knows of any good sites, books, or is just plain knowledgable i'd really appreciate the help. i'm a girl of modest means, if that alters assistance in any way.
