Do Birds get colds

My cockatiel acts like she might have a little cold, she just was not herself today, she slept most of the day..and she also sounds congested, and felt a little cold when I held her, Is this something I shoud worry about? I kept her warm as much as I can, but im a little worried. any response appreciated.. thank you..
