My male Cockatiel I'm afraid was abused before I got him, he is only 3 I think and I'v now had him about 6 months. I have another cockatiel for 12 years and they get along fine but my older one acts perfectly fine, and this one dosent. He won't eat very much at all and is always ruffling his feathers up like he is cold or something but I make sure there both warm. His wings also seam like there hurt. The way he holds them, he flys around the room alright and has never hurt himself , but when he is sitting on the top of his cage he holds his wings like there hurt and is always ruffled up. I give them both millit, treats, calcium, cuttle bones , but he won't eat much or bother with anything I give them. he is looking very skinny now too, while my other bird is healthy as always , can anyone help?

The best thing you can do is get him to a vet. Obviously he's starving himself for a reason & you need to find out why before he dies!!
