My tiel is being very rambunctious. Climbing around her cage, yapping a lot, falling to the bottom, hopping here and there. There are lots of feathers around. I'm thinking this is a painful moulting? She is 11 yrs old and this has never happened before. The moulting has, of course, but the rambunctiousness is new.
