I own only one parakeet at the moment(Pen), and the local bird rescue is willing to give me a pair that is being housed together. The whole point to getting a new bird is so Pen isn't lonely, but Im afraid that Im going to take the new birds home and Pen will be neglected because the other birds already have eachother.
