I want a parakeet sooooooo bad but my dad does not want anymore animals at all!What do I do?

I'm not sure how old you are so it may depend on that. I would suggest showing your dad how responsible you can be. If you haven't already show that you can save up the money for a new cage, bird, food and vet care. If you can't come up with the money for those things then the cost would fall completely on your dad and I would have to agree with him about the no more animals.

Look, I am going to use myself as an example, I want a Cockatiel, but I already have 3 birds that I myself have to supply the food for the vet bills and such, and I simply cannot have anymore animals at this time.

I am not sure how old you are, but maybe you should trust your dad on this one, you guys probably have enough animals as it is, and one more might be a stretch to care for. Maybe the time will come when you can get a parakeet, but until then what I would do is volunteer at an aviary, research the type of parakeet you want and prepaire yourself for a bird even though it may seem like you will never get one. That way if you do get one you will be ready.
