Thank you for all of the advice on Sugar, but she's getting much worse. I'm afraid that she doesn't have that much longer... And, to add on my parents refuse to take her to the vet even for a simple checkup. If there's any other advice, please, let me know. Thanks.

We took her to the vet yesterday, and found out what was wrong. It's a calcium problem apparently, because her food doesn't have any. She's very weak and constantly falls off her stick in the cage. So, we've been force-feeding her baby food as the vet recommended to get some calcium in her, but it doesn't seem to help. Although he did say that it would take a few months to work. She's VERY thin, and when I saw thin I mean you can see her bone on her stomach. (poor thing ) I really hope that it will work, my parents already want to put her down...

Do not give up hope, just lay a cement perch on the bottom of the cage and put the bird on it so that the bird can balance better and you don't have to worry about the bird falling and hurting itself. Also lay some of it's food on the bottom and don't forget a little water for it.
