I am going to assume by ground snake you mean not the genus Salvadora but all small terrestrial snakes. My advice, go for the ball. Very doubtful you will get one that is even large enough to eat pinks. I suppose some of the large regal ringnecks might eat them, but most of the snakes that this forum is for feed almost exclusively on invertebrates or small, smooth bodied verts such as small lizards, salamanders, and frogs. yeah LeeFobes, get a garter. I had a ringneck, but then I researched the kind of snake I wanted and garters are perfect. I have a Florida Blue garter coming in a few days.
