I have a question about Muscovy Ducks. Are they supposed to have a crest on the backs of their necks? And also my ducks have mutant wings. Because their primary feathers stick out. Is this normal?

A crest on the head, yes. But the back of the neck? Well, I have found an image that is the countour of a Muscovy duck, and I can see a crest that sticks from the head.:

Sounds to me like your Muscovys have Angle Wing. This is caused by too much protien in the duck/goose's diet as a baby. It is a harmless condition, but it makes their wings a bit awkward looking.
Could you please post some photos of your muscovy ducks?
i have 3 muscuvys and all three do have the crest but all of mine have normal huge wings
