Hello everyone! As you can tell by my name I am new to the bird forums. I was wondering if anyone would know of, or is a breeder, of mourning doves because it is illegal in my state to capture them. I have been having an EXTREMELY hard time working with texas parks and wildlife Dept. , I think that they believe that silence is a virtue when it comes to e-mail, lol...But I've also been having a hard time finding a breeder. I would really appreciate ANY help, leads, urls, ect. Thanks Y'all!
