Another thing I wanted to ask was, my duckling is pecking an awful lot. Is there a reason for this? If not, how do I make it stop as I don't want him to peck at people when he is old enough to hurt them. Thank Ya'll!

Hiya
If the duckling is just gently pecking at anything and everything near it, then i wouldn't worry. It's just a way for it to learn and experiment about it's surroundings. As birds don't have hands and fingers like a child they use their bills instead.
But, just to check, what do you feed your duckling? Is it getting the correct diet and nutrients?
Have you got any books on ducks?
I've found a few books and webistes that may be able to help ya for the future...
Ducks and Geese - A guide to management, BY Tom Bartlett
The Domestic Duck - BY Chris and Mike Ashton
Both books have a guide to domestic breeds of duck, general health care, enclosures and housing, feeding and nutrition, incubation (natural and artifical) and hatching, and also caring for and raising ducklings.
I also found a few websites that may be able to help ya;
