I have a 1 1/2 yr gator who loves them. I still feed him minnows, chicken and other stuff but use these as snacks.
They are a little bit smaller than a marble and my gator chomps them right up. I bought them when my gator was having a slow time feeding and Ginger at GatorSnacks suggested that I use the pellets because if he wouldnt eat them at least they would eventually disolve in the water and he would get nutrients from them by drinking the water. I bought a small bag for like $5 just to try and he loves them. I will stand back from his housing and throw one in beside him and he chomps it as soon as it hits the water.
