I don't believe that color for a second. It looks like grape juice (or gatorade
) But anyway, it seems strange that the pics would be of a grape-colored snake, and the ad doesn't comment on the color at all. Makes me wonder if the person who posted them is colorblind.
They have another add with a purple boa, right underneath the solomon. 2 of the pics are normal colored, and the 3rd is a purple BCI. Maybe it's a crappy camera. But I still think it's weird not to even mention it (as in, the boa looks purple but it's really not!)

It was photoshopped, he has one of a columbian that is the same. Not sure why someone would do this.

Actually the problem is that it was _not_ photoshopped after being shot in open shade with a digital camera or film color-balanced for daylight.
