I Need MAJOR help! Please!

Phaided May 21, 2005 06:18 AM

Ok, for the past week or so, a mother duck made a nest in the bushes of my front lawn. Well, lastnight my dad discovered her gone, and three of the eggs hatched. He said that the others would die soon, so I took them and made a make shift incubator with a box, towl and heat lamp. Ok, they were cold outside before I got to them, I just want to know if they are alive. And if they are, how soon should it be before they hatch if three of their brothers allready have...thanks for reading.

Simple, just get a flashlight, and a dark dark room, and hold the egg right in the beam. If you see movement, good! No movement...Bad, it is called candling if you wish to read more about it! Good luck!
