Info wanted

Hi,I have pigeons and I need to know if anyone knows of any pigeon diseases that have these syntoms.The last 2 babies I have have something.Ok The first one started with a swelled neck.I didn't know what happened but it started to heal up.Then it got worse.Now he turns his neck upside down(like a star gazer) but can't stand or anything now.I thought it was just something he was born with but now the other one that is his brother or sister is getting the same thing.And she was a healthy normal pigeon.It's like a muscle or nerve disorder.But the second one had no symtoms until 2 days ago.And they were just about ready to eat on their own.Has anyone heard of anything like this?If so please let me know if there's anything to treat it.Thanks(PS.The parents of the babies are healthy and none of the other pigeons are showing any signs of it.)
