I have some chickens that have some kind of grayish stuff growing on there cones and I have no Idea what it is so if you know what it is or how to get rid of it please tell me.

I assume you mean their combs, the red fleshy protrusion on their heads.
Did you have a cold winter? If so, it's possible that you're seeing frost bite.
Could you post a picture? It would be easier to see what you're looking at.
