chicks with droopy wings

I recently bought some chicks from Mcmurray Hatchery and about a month ago and almost all have dies in the last few days(50) They start with droopy wings one day then die the next. I feed medicated feed. I have about 200 more from Ideal Hatchery and they are almost laying age now, now they are starting to have diarrea. Any ideas of what this is and what to do about it?
