Cindy8383 Oct 12, 2003 06:25 PM

Hi everyone. I was wondering if someone could tell me if Cuora McCordi are difficult or easy turtles to keep.

I hope some of you can comment on these turtles.

Thanks !!

Turtle Town has two CB hatchlings, $900 each.

Shawn at TurtleTown told me they are all sold. Now where else can I buy some Cuora Mccordi?

Cuora mccordi is an easy species to raise in captivity. They are bred on a regular basis by a few breeders in the U.S. and are almost always available at the Daytona expo. I frequently see them advertised on kingsnake classified and they pop up on dealer's lists from time to time. Shawn will have more at some point. You just have to be alert and keep your eyes and ears open like any of us have to when we want a certain species.
