How many superworms should you feed your dragon a day? Is it okay to feed superworms like crickets? I feed my dragon as many crickets as she can eat. Will too many superworms hurt her?

I feed my adult dragons 6-10 superworms every 3-4 days. On the inbetween days the get greens supplemented with t-rex bearded dragon veggie maintanance formula, and rep-cal pellets. They don't get any crickets at all.

No crickets here either.
My adults get superworms every 3rd day. They are mainly on a diet of veggies and rep cal pellets.
Supers should not be fed every day because they are relatively high in fat.
