Raven/Crow breeders? >>>

Hi,

I'm located in Texas(North Central area) and I'm looking for a breeder hopefully close by. I do need to do alot of research before I ever consider owning a crow or raven, but I'l love to know of a breeder locally or someone who would be willing to ship the bird. Do you need a permit for either of these birds? I really like the White Naped Raven alot and was considering that breed. Also if anyone of you had a good link to a informative site on pet crows/ravens I would really appreciate that. Thanks again!
