I am looking to buy a White-faced Scops Owl and I don't know where to begin. Does anyone know if this is possible? I fell in love with them when I was in Africa in the Peace Corps. They are fascinating beasts! I'm so used to working with goats on my farm, I think I'll turn into one! Please help!!!
