Help please! Emergency!!!

About ten minutes ago I walked out the basement steps to find three chicks, two dead, one moving, on the cement outside the door. They fell, probably ten feet, from the vent to the fan in our bathroom where their parent(s) built a nest. One is moving, and I think it's neck might be broken, though I'm not sure. It still seems pretty alive, but it can't sit up or anything, it can just move all limbs and looks in pretty alright shape for that size fall. My guess is that they just hatched today, they are tiny, probably two, two and a half inches total length. Their eyes are grey, their bodies a peach, pink, their beaks yellow, their fluff, very, very little, a tiny bit on head, a little bit on back, is dark grey. PLEASE HELP! What can I do to save this little chick? I can't put the alive one back in the nest, it would fall out again, because I can't cage them in, the parentz(s) are always coming and going. Does anyone know what I could feed it? Would worms work? How do I prepare a worm?

Is baby still alive? Keep him warm. Any chance of moving the nest to a safer location near by? are there any chicks or eggs left in the nest? are the parent birds still looking for baby?
Best thing is try to give back to parent birds but if not possible, Marcos is right. Soaked puppy chow or kibble or even cat food soaked in water till is is puffy. Baby will probably eat nothing for a while but offer it and when it is ready and if it decides it wants to live, it will eat. and then it will rest and want to eat again, and repeat etc. etc, make a nest box for it give it a sock or soft material to let it hide under and keep warm. keep it indoors.
let us know what happens, good luck,
~Sara

Thank you both for replying, but sadly, the bird has died. It died only a few hours after I posted the first message, I'm sorry it took me this long to post. Thank you again for the help.
