Baby tufted titmouse found and injured. NEED HELP!

My neighbor's little girl brought a juvenile Tufted Titmouse to us that her cat had bitten. I don't know what to do with it, or how to take care of it. I would like to nurse it back to health until i can release it back in the wild again. What do i do?
