usa i dont think you can buy em. i think u gotta adopt them or catch em with special permits. they do make interesting pets from what ive heard, they are smart, and ive heard they can learn to say a few words. but they are large, and fairly advanced birds. i looked into pet crows about a year ago because there was a nest in a tree outside my house and it turns out they are just... extremeley time-consuming and require a lot of experience. plus the permit thingy...
