Hello, three days ago I found a bird egg about the size of a quarter. I candled it and saw a small dark spot and decided to incubate it. I placed it in some cotton balls and placed a 40 watt light six inches above the egg. The light has been on 24 hours a day. The next day I noticed an orange spot, which then got larger. Today I saw the embryo with veins and all. What temp should I keep the egg at and for how long? Is it ok to keep the light on all day? How long until it hatches? Then what? I saw some food called "Kaytee Exact Hand Feeding Formula for All Baby Birds" would this work if it hatches? Any care info is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
