i am curious about your sport because i love birds. i have worked with parrots for a long time, i have a parrot, and i love to birdwatch, particularly raptors. i was wondering about the process of trapping the birds. do you take fledgelings? if you take anothers mate will the other be ok? what do you use to trap? how do you even get them close enough to overtake them? also, how do you find someone who will teach you?
to me, this sport is facinating. what is the bond between human and raptor like? do they still act wild? sorry bout all the questions. i am just really curious.
