Insect ID needed

I must have posted in the wrong place because it's gone so I'll try again.

Orchid photography and associated topics are my avocation. A couple of days ago, I found this little fella on one of my moth orchids (Phaelenopsis). Body length, not including rear legs and antennae, is about 4 mm. Please cut and paste the link below to get to the photos as I don't know how to make things clickable here.
