I guess I could've used the litterature board, but it seemed so dead, so I'll post here instead.

I've just started taking a larger interest in insects, and entomology in general and I'm wondering if anyone could reccomend me a good book that introduces entomology; a good book to start with?

There are a lot Intro- to Entomology books. I would suggest to go to a major book store, Amazon, or a nearby university bookstore & check out the various books & see which one interests you the most. Another option is to go to a public library or some great online entomology sites that recommend various books. Last but not least, e-mail an entomologist for recommendations.
