PLEASE HELP ME! I am an old lady who will be 60 in April and I live in Columbia, South Carolina. This morning on the way to work a very large spider came crawling up my arm. I have lived here my whole life and have never seen a spider like this. It looked like a miniature tarantula. It's dark brown and it's body looked about 1/2" to 3/4" around and it had fat legs and was very fuzzy. I screamed bloody murder and flung him (and my pepsi) all over the car and ran off the road. The spider ran under the passenger seat. It is still in my car and I can't watch the road for constantly searching the car to see if he is going to get on me again. Normally I am not afraid of insects, but this guy was really scary! I don't know if he was in the car when I got in or if he got on me when I got the mail out of the box. Killing living things is not something I do, but I really want him out of my car! He has me so nervous I'm afraid I'm going to have a wreck. PLEASE tell me how to find him and get him out of the car and also would appreciate it if you could tell me what kind he is. Thank you for any help you can give me.
