Syrphidae id needed please???

Hello,

Here is a little syrphidae fly I photographied last August 5th at East Angus (Quebec) (near Vermont/Maine)...

I think it is Didea fuscipes but I'm not sure....

Any idea???

Which picture do you prefer?
