Slaters

I've noticed lately that im getting a lot of slaters in my house (think they are called isopods as well??) what can I do to get rid of them?? and hopefully they wont come back!!.

any help would be great.

The key would be to remove sources of decomposing plant, fungi & animal matter away from your house's entrance points (and if possible, those same areas should be kept free of moisture, too). "Slaters" are harmless & a great decomposer in the environment. Any other methods would probably pollute the environment & disturb the ecosystem.
