Grasshopper to identify please???

Hello,

Here are 2 pictures I took at the last August 31st, 2006 (near Concord, Massachussets).

Do you think (as I do) that it is a Red-legged grasshopper (Melanoplus femurrubrum)???

The second picture si not so good but may be essential to identify the species...

Any ideas???
