molting question

fmanda Jun 21, 2007 08:32 PM

In general, how long does it take on average for slings to molt once they stop feeding? T. Apophysis to be exact, about 1.5". Thanks in advance.

I don't know abou that species, but in general I'd say the average is about a week or two. I've seen them molt the next day, and I've seen them fast for 2 months (yes, a tiny sling). Sorry no specifics here.
