What´s up guys? First time posting here so hello!

I was wondering.. If you could only choose one, wich one would you get? L. klugi or L. parahybana? And why?

Need opinions cause I really don´t know wich one to go for..

Later,

I'd go for L. parahybana.

They get larger in legspan, they are more redily availably, they are generally cheaper. And in my opinion they look better. L. klugi look just like any other redrumped tarantula.

Just my $0.02

i dont have any experience with l. klugi but my L. parahybana or brazilian salmon is growing rather fast, eats like a hog and does not hide under its log all the time and is rather pretty if one can call a spider pretty which i can, LOL. care is rather minimal and in my opionin a great pet for those who cant devote large amounts of time to a pet. It is only half gown i would think, about 4 inches in diameter and hopefully a female!.
It ate 14 large crickets last feeding and has molted 3 times for me.I usually offer crickets 1 time a week and do not leave them in with it for more then 2 days or so.Beleve me when they are on their feed the crickets wont last long.it seems to be a very interesting pet and quite the conversation piece. "Lilly" is its name and no i do not pick her up at all because one drop and they are usually gonners so i dont recommend picking up any trantula.why take the chance? it is dark brown to almost black with pinkish salmon hairs. I think they are fasinating to watch although the women in my house migh disagree. I think its funny that the older gals do not want to even approach its cage "2 gallon aquarium" with clean unfertilized potting soil, but they always ask how it is doing.I susspect they kind of like it but would not tell me that. All and all brazilian salmons are a really cool, active pet reletivley speaking that eat well, grow really big and do not hide all the time. Also a Hiding place and a little water dish should always be provided and the cage should not be much bigger then 4 times the spiders length. They dont like big enclosures and also keep them out of direct sunlight and in a darker cool but not cold place. You will not be dissapointed in a lasiodra parahybana! one last thing, they are not the best begginners spider from what i have read because people tend to want to pick up their pets and these guys move so friggin fast it blows me away..Good luck!!!
