Will T's eat Zoophs? Are they a good food for them? The T would have to go to the bowl and pick one up, but that seems better than wandering crickets. Any comments?

Yes, they will. The three most common feeders for tarantulas are roaches, crickets, and mealworms. Mealworms are the least nutritious, but it is good to give them some from time to time for variety. I usually only buy them if the store is out of crickets. Sometimes with smaller Ts it is easier to give them half a mealworm than a small cricket. It is best to put them in a bowl, as you indicated. Otherwise they'll start to burrow as soon as they hit the ground. Then they'll pupate and you'll have black beetles in your tank. Some people feed mealworms directly to the T using tongs or forceps.
