Would my 3 1/2" red-kneed be able to handle a zoophoba?

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't. I've seen slings eat mealworms as long as their legspan before. I wouldn't use them as a staple food, because they aren't as nutritious as crickets, but once in a while for variety, or when you can't get crickets, they are fine.
