Does anyone own one of these fine specimens? I am thinking about getting one, and have done my research on them, and they sound awesome. Just wanna hear it from the horses mouth.
also, I have a chilean rose tarantula. I have had it in a 10 gallon tank on eco earth with a thing of cork bark in there and a water dish. fed it a few times a week, went to no extra measures as far as humidity or heat. it seemed content, but i researched the proper set up for this species and i found pretty much the opposite of the setup i had. so i put her in my terrarium setup which is very humid, fairly warm, moist and full of carnivorous plants. she does not seem so happy in this new environment, but it is almost to the tee of what these spiders are supposed to like. should i put her back in the original setup? Her signs of discomfort are: she is always moving around. she puts the bottom of her feet in her mouth for some reason and it seems like she is trying to get out of the enclosure all the time.
any ideas?
