Does anyone have any idea how to ret rid of these things. I keep my t's very clean (remove all uneaten food items, feces, and change water whenever dirty). It's those tiny white mites that always seem to show up. thanks

Keep the substrate absolutely dry! They cannot survive if the substrate is dry. For species like G. rosea and B. smithi that will not be a problem.
You can also create a mite trap to try to get rid of a few of them. Use a film canister with a small hole in it and smear vaseline around the top edge. Put a dead cricket in it and they will go in but not come out. THat will help some, but the dry substrate is the best bet.
