I have seen the "Singapore Blue" Tarantula posted with two different scientific names (1) Cyriopagopus ssp. and (2) Lampropelma violaceopes.
Are these both called the Singapore Blue or are some people just confused?

People are confused. Although they do look similar, they are completely different species. That's why people need to give up on using common names and just stick to scientific nomenclature.
One big difference is that Cyriopagopus sp. "Singapore blue" is an arboreal species, and Lampropelma violaceopes is a burrowing species. Look at the pictures of both again and you'll see that the legs of L. violaceopes are stockier than that of the "blue", and the legs of the "blue" are longer like you'd expect from an arboreal.
The only common name I've seen associated with Lampropelma violaceopes is Singapore violet.
