Sometimes dealers will list if they have mature males available. But the best way to find males is just to post a list of what males you are looking for. Post here and on other tarantula forums. The more forums you post to, the better your odds of finding what you're looking for. If you do find someone with one, you usually have to do a 50/50 breeding loan though. Or you can offer to but it outright.

If you find someone who has a male that you need, then if they agree to a 50/50, they will send you their male. You will then breed the male to your female. You can attempt a few matings to ensure that it was successful. They may ask for you to send the male back to them, forward it on to another person, or they may just have you keep it (provided he doesn't become a snack for the female). Then, provided your breeding was successful and you get a good eggsac, you send half (50/50) of the offspring to them.

It is an initial risk for the owner of the male, so many wont agree to it unless they know you or someone else can vouch for you. You could have an unsuccessful pairing and they may be out the shipping they spent to send him to you. Or worse, some very bad people get the male and then never contact the owner again. That happened to me once.

Well how do I find them also what is the ratio of male slings to female slings as I would like to keep enough slings to fix this problem of needing a male in the future also thank you very much for your help

>>Well how do I find them

Do you mean mature males? You just need to post that you are looking for one and hope someone with males finds your post. That is why it is helpful to post on as many forums as possible.

Male-female ratio is near 50/50. No environmental factors affect sex like in some reptiles so simple genetics wins out and the ratio is about 50/50. Keep in mind that when breeding your own and raising slings for breeding, that males mature faster than females. If you want to breed siblings you can you just need to artificially control the growth of the male and female by keeping the females warmer and feeding more than the males.
