Can anyone identify this GIANT beetle found in Austin, Texas

Can anyone help me identify this giant beatle I found in my backyard in Austin, Texas. It measures just over 2 1/4" long.

That is Dynastes Tityus or the Eastern Hercules. They are cool beetles. If you want to keep him alive, just feed him bananas slices.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunetly, he is dead. I found him dead. I've never seen an alive here. I was just curious what it was. I had a suspision it was a "rino" beetle though.
