tiny insects on yucca's

Ive got some yucca plants in my backyard and they have tons of a very small probably a 1/16 of an inch bug with a black oval shaped body and a red head ive tried to take some pics but my camera wont pick them up they dont fly just run very fast i live in fort worth,tx thanks any help is appreciated mark

A picture would greatly help; otherwise, I'd be guessing.

You may be able to do a search on insects associated with yuccas or insects of your region of Texas.
