a begginer beetle

what is a begginer beetle that lives a long time for a beetle and has low space requirements? what does it eat? does it need a supplament? how or where do i get it? what does it eat as a larva? what are its tempeture and humidity requirments? what and how deeep should the substrate be? and can anyone give me info on sunburst diving beetles. i read the care sheet about them in the features page but how long do they live?

I am from Indonesian. Indonesian beetles like a humid and rather cold condition. It is about 20-25 degree celcius. In Japan there is beetle jelly as food. However, I only give my beetles with sugar cane. herewith, I attached some Indonesian beetles that I have. (sorry for my poor english)
