I'm interested in capturing a small handful of these beetles to keep in captivity for observational purposes, however as bountiful as they should be, they have managed to become invisible when I need them(if only ants could be this way!). Does anyone have any tips on how I can go about locating or attracting these beetles? I live in SE Wisconsin and have come across empty shells, so I know they're around somewhere. Thanks!
