dead or alive?

hi im wondering if i should use live or dead oak leaves? thank you

yes, oak is a good source of chitten. chitten helps the millipede grow.

Hi,
I use dead oak leaves, since they crumble easier and when I had put live ones in I didn't see any of my millis eat them until they started to dry out and turn brownish. Hope this helps!
